     On the basis of the semi-conductor refrigeration technology, TEC temperature control stages are chip-mounted stages that integrate precision temperature control and precision displacement control. The stage is a multi-axis precision adjustment system consisting of our self-developed manual stages. It is also equipped with a built-in semiconductor refrigeration chip featuring high reliability, and a red copper or stainless steel table with extraordinary heat conductivity, which delivers even temperature on different areas of the table with a temperature difference of less than 0.2 degree Celsius. Thus, the stage can provide a stable and efficient environment with constant temperature for processes such as coupling, encapsulation and testing of photonic, and electronic and photoelectric chips.
