The OMTOOLS OMR Series Low-Deformation 2-Axis Set-Screw Fixed Stainless Steel Mirror Mount is constructed entirely of stainless steel. It adopts precisely matched adjusters, with a combination of stainless steel balls and high-strength shims at all adjuster connection points, ensuring smooth adjustment performance.

Two M4 counterbore holes are provided on each of the two bottom surfaces of the mount, offering flexible fixing methods for multi-scenario applications. Two Ø2 mm alignment pin holes are also arranged around each M4 counterbore, enabling precision alignment when paired with our PSN1E series high-stability stainless steel posts.

The mount features a set-screw design for securing optical elements. This design allows precise adjustment of clamping pressure, fits optical elements of various thicknesses, generates lower stress that is less likely to damage lenses, and supports in-situ fine alignment of lenses. It also delivers better assembly tolerance for thin optical components.
